When I requested the internet password it was scribbled and illegible. Before leaving the counter, I asked the lady at the front desk if she could please rewrite it. Which she did not do and called another customer, there were only two people behind me, so it was not the case of holding back a long line. I believe that when you ask a legitimate question nicely after being handed your key, first you should not be ignored and secondly you should at least be given the courtesy of saying “please wait a minute , while I take care of this gentleman”

A very affordable way to visit Rome. Shuttle service to airport gives you direct access to train to the center of the city. Rather than pay 3 times the amount and transport luggage back and forth - why not stay at the airport and go into the city every day? Worked really well for us.

The airport shuttle makes this a convenient hotel when flying thru Fiumicino Airport but expensive. Breakfast is good. Dinner menu limited and not that good. No coffee in the room.

Hotel is average with limited sound proof in room. Staff are very helpful. Had issues with travel Cot for infant. Emailed hotel a few days prior to request but had no response. Requested on checkin again but Allen we came to the room a few hours later there was no infant cot. When a cot was finally brought to the room we found a dirty spoon and loose sheets as a matress. Not safe for a baby. Eventually correct cot was found. Front desk Staff were very apologetic and tried to contact house keeping on numerous occasions to provide suitable cot. Staff are very pleasant, helpful and professional.
