Our group had two rooms on two different floors and both were very humid / damp. The sheets under the covers felt damp. The bathtub shower has a swinging glass door that lets water out on to the floor. Buffet was pretty good other than the scrambled eggs were flat / no taste. Options on the buffet were good and broad. VERY convenient shuttle to the airport every 15 mins.

The check-in staff weren't rude but not friendly either. Some of the bar and restaurant staff were very nice and some were kind of weird. But the food was surprisingly good! What actually makes this hotel a 3 star property is the beds. The pillows are those terrible super soft pillows that seem to be designed to hold in the maximum amount of heat. My kids slept on the pull out sofa and complained about how uncomfortable the bed sheet was. They slept in pants and long sleeve shirts so their skin didn't touch the sheet. It was bizarre. The shower didn’t drain so after a couple of minutes we got to stand in water up to our ankles. The hotel could stand to have an activity or two for kids to do outside. Me and my 10 year old son went to the grassy area and played with nuts and pine cones. With all that said, the hotel served its purpose of being close to the airport. Oh, but there are no signs or announcements while you're on the bus so you don't really know for sure that you're getting off the bus at the right place.

Excellent hotel close to Rome Airport. Great restaurant in the hotel. Quiet, clean rooms. Helpful staff. Free shuttle to and from the airport. It’s a bit hard to find the spot to pick up the shuttle at the airport. That is my only negative comment.

Well make sure you know that you’re at the Hilton Garden and not the other Hilton. We made that mistake along with four other people we all went to the wrong Hilton at the airport. The staff was lovely, I forgot my bag in the restaurant and they called me immediately that theyhad it.

The Hilton Garden Inn Rome Airport was great for the “night before our flight” stay. 10 min from the airport with a free shuttle. Harder to grt out to, though - $80 cab ride from Rome Termini

Best hotel restaurant

Had a stay night before we flew back to Canada. The property was clean, along with our room. The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all, but it could have been just my preference. I didn’t get a great night sleep for that reason and ended up with a very sore back the next day, which wasn’t helpful with having a 9 hour flight back home. The hotel restaurant was probably the best hotel restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. The food was very traditional, Italian food and it was great and it was served hot. The chef even gave a complementary taste of a dish. Overall, if you don’t have issues with your back and life a very soft bed, you will be ok. Shuttle to airport was great as it ran every 15 min, 24 hours a day.

Our room was stifling hot and the temp gauge did not work. No luck w front desk resolving issue as it supposedly was tied to hot water supplier. The hotel hallways and lobby and restaurant were all air conditioned. We had a challenging night sleep because of the heat in the room. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Worst Hotel and staff

If there is a zero star I would have given that rating for this absolutely dismal hotel for a Hilton. We booked this towards the end of our family trip since it was closer to the airport and we had an early morning flight. First the hotel front desk staff late in the evening and morning shift were so disrespectful , rude and totally unprofessional/ I have never seen this with Hilton. Second Hotel rooms were bad, not a comfortable bed , bathrooms were in a dismal condition. Kids or us could not get a good night sleep due to the ac not even functioning properly and we had to checkout way earlier in the morning than we expected to. We should have stayed near Roma termini like we did earlier in our trip and should have just taken the train to the airport. Absolutely not recommend this hotel !!

It was very convenient for an overnight stay, we came in late at night. Front desk excellent. We were hungry but nothing tasty to snack on. We settled on a sandwich which was stale. Bathroom had a water leak from the bathtub and poor water pressure.
