The holiday home is located in a peaceful area where deer and other wildlife can be seen right outside the windows. It is close to Sallings best beach, with a restaurant and ice cream kiosk.



The area offers many walking trails through forest and along the Limfjord, as well as a bathing jetty. The house is close to Jeppe Aakjær’s artist home and museum, visible as the nearest neighbor on one side.



The house measures 165 m² and includes an entrance hall, two bedrooms with double beds, and a bathroom with built-in fixtures and a spacious shower. Large open kitchen-living area with modern appliances, dining space for 8 and full tableware.



Outside is a covered terrace with a large skylight, a wood-fired Morsø pizza oven and a charcoal Weber grill. The living room features a large sofa, chairs and a built-in wood-burning stove visible from kitchen and living area.



An activity room offers games, a new billiards/table tennis table and darts. Here you’ll find two additional bedrooms with double beds and a loft. Second bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer.



From here you access a 300 m² wooden terrace with outdoor shower (hot/cold), a sunken spa for 8 people and an electrically heated sauna with views of the Limfjord.
