Great hotel wonderful staff. We were upgraded on arrival to one of their bungalows which very spacious with 2 bedrooms and a large lounge. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice with 2 cooking stations. The staff were so helpful and could do enough for you. The weather was warm and sunny while we were there

Amazing stay and location

Amazing stay with a great location on the outskirts of Sapa town even though the weather could have been better. Complimentary afternoon tea was fine but coffee was only served with condensed milk which was not to liking. The indoor pool was awesome with the temperature of the water perfect. The Italian restaurant was brilliant though it was expensive and this explained why it was empty.

You are literally up in the clouds with the fog. The property is top notch, highly attentive staff who take care of you with a smile. They go out of their way to accommodate you. Comfortable. The bedsheets & towels were high grade. Room temperature was just right. There was a wide selection of food for the breakfast buffet. On our last day, they gave a complimentary boiled eggs snacks for our 6 hour trip back to Hanoi. I would recommend this hotel.
