The outdoor areas are spacious and well-kept and there you find many chill-out corners for a relaxed vacation. You can refresh yourself in a chlorine, 12mx6m-sized pool (1,2-2m deep) with 8 sunbeds around. On a 75m2-sized porch you can have a breakfast or have a glass of wine in the evening with your friends or family. By the pool you'll find a summer kitchen with a gas cooktop with a great table with chairs to enjoy your melas in the good weather. . The lawn around the house has 1000m2 and offers lot of space for your children to play. The invitingly interior of the house comprises 2 floors. On the main floor you will find a fully-fitted kitchen with a gas hob, a cosy living room with comfy sofas, a TV and a dining area appropriate for dinners for a whole family or a big group of friends. In the laundry room you find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. On this floor there are two double bedrooms with AC: one is with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower and the other has a trundle bed. There is another bathroom with a bath tube. A 10 minutes' drive takes you the town of Pollensa, where you can take a walk through the cobbled streets or rummage in the small shops.
