Holiday country house with swimming pool located in Sa Pobla but which belongs to the municipality of Campanet, with beautiful views to the Tramuntana mountains.
The villa is distributed on one floor and has a living room with open kitchen, laundry room, a bedroom with double bed of 1.50cm and bathroom with tub jacuzzi, two bedrooms with twin beds and a bathroom with shower.
Equipped with air conditioning in lounge and bedrooms, satellite TV, Internet Wifi and Alarm.
Outdoors: garden furniture, swimming pool with solarium and sun beds, barbecue mobile and parking area.
The distance to the beach of Alcudia and Pollensa about fifteen minutes by car. For shopping Sa Pobla is nearby only five minute driving to the supermarkets.
Recommended places to visit in the Pollensa area: Pollensa village, stroll through its narrow streets, visit El Convent de Santo Domingo de Pollensa, take a walk to Monti-sion, the old monastery and university, climb the 365 steps of 'El Calvari', you will come to a 17th century church, and on the way down take a break in the main square.
The Roman bridge or 'Pont Roma', which is still in use or for those who like to walk up the Puig Maria and enjoy the wonderful views towards Pollensa.
Spend a day at Cala San Vicente, with its crystal clear waters and views of the impressive Serra de Cavall Bernat.
And finally, visit the Faro de Formentor lighthouse and the Es Colomer viewpoint (check beforehand the access timetable).
