The exterior areas of the house are fabulous. There is a barbecue and a porch with table and chairs, to enjoy a dinners in the garden. Have a refreshing swim in the pool (of 11 meters in diameter, a minimum depth of 0.9 m and a maximum depth of 1.5 m), or just relax and sunbathe in the loungers area with 8 sunbeds, while the kids play in the garden, with approximately 200 m2 of lawn. This is a perfect place for sun lovers, seeking to enjoy the good weather of Mallorca and relax in a private and quiet place. From the terrace you can enjoy wonderful views of the countryside and mountains. There are no direct neighbors, the nearest house is about 100 meters away. This modern and luxurious house of 239 m2 is distributed over two floors. It has 4 bedrooms and is nicely furnished. Three of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor. Two of the bedrooms have two single beds (although in one of them they are joined together as a double bed), and the other two have double beds (the one on the 1st floor has an en suite bathroom). All bedrooms have air conditioning. The property has 3 bathrooms; one en suite with whirlpool, one with shower and one toilet, located on the ground floor. The accommodation has a floor heating to enjoy it also in the winter. The large and beautiful living room has two comfortable sofas to enjoy reading a good book, watch a DVD movie or watch satellite television. There is also air conditioning. The open kitchen with vitro stove, adjoining the living room and the dining room, has everything you might need to cook during your stay. The house also has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. In just 20 minutes driving you can reach Playa de Muro. It is a very long beach of fine sand where the depth is not very pronounced. In the surroundings there are different natural areas, where there are no hotels, and then other built-up areas with many restaurants and bars near the beach, etc. Spend a day at the beach and enjoy a cocktail while watching the sunset. In less than 10 minutes drive you can reach Sa Pobla, with several large supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed.
