There are 2 rooms on the ground floor, both with double bed and access to the garden and one of them is en suite. The other rooms are on the first floor (one with 2 single beds and one with a double bed). There are 4 fans. The villa has a cosy and warm environment. It is a perfect choice for those who are looking for a relaxing holiday. Sit down and chill out on the sofa in the living room to enjoy a good book, or have a little siesta. The outside of the house is as well a wonderful place to enjoy your holiday: go to the terrace, have a tempting barbecue, swim in the pool or just relax in the garden. The house is just 2.2 km from Sa Pobla, where you will be able to find everything you need during your holiday: local market, surgery, restaurants, bars, supermarket, ATM, etc. A short drive will take you to the beautiful town of Pollença: walk through the narrow streets and climb the 365 steps to El Calvari from where you will get amazing views of the bay. A 20 minutes drive will take you to the beaches of Playa de Muro, Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort. Enjoy a sunny day in a white sand and shallow crystalline water beach and taste paella in one of the restaurants with sea views. Make the most of your day having a cocktail at sunset!
