On the ground floor, next to the entrance on the right, are the stairs leading to the second floor. To the left is the first bedroom and in front a bathroom, the dining room in an open concept with a fully equipped living room, the kitchen is also super modern. There is another dining room with a barbecue. On the first floor there are two more bathrooms and three bedrooms. From the balcony you can enjoy fantastic views of the Mallorcan countryside. The house has air conditioning and central heating.



Outside, the house has a large garden with a large swimming pool, a bathroom and a barbecue. The place offers a charming space where family and friends can live unforgettable moments.
