The property is distributed in one floor and has a large living room with access to the porch and swimming pool, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, four double bedrooms, three with double bed and one with two separate beds, three bathrooms, two en suite, Main Bathroom with bath and separate shower, the other two with shower.



The whole house is equipped with air conditioning, Internet Wifi, Satellite TV.



Outside there are beautiful gardens with a large swimming pool of 15x10 surrounded by lawn, with sunbeds and Balinese bed, porch and furnished terraces, barbecue area and parking area.



Just 5 minutes by car, in Sa Pobla you will find supermarkets, shops and restaurants.



The beaches of the Bay of Alcudia and Pollensa are a fifteen minute driving away.
