You will be staying in a 3-room villa that is 180 square meters in size. The villa is suitable for accommodating 4 adults and 2 children. The living/dining room is furnished with modern decor and features an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and satellite TV. The living/dining room has an exit leading to the patio and the swimming pool. There are 2 double bedrooms, each equipped with a French bed (1 x 150 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning. Another room has 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning, with an exit leading to the terrace. The villa has an open kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a bath/WC, a shower/WC, and a separate WC. Please note that heating is not available in all rooms, and the villa features natural stone floors.
