J’au dut repousser ma date la journée même parce que mon enfant c’était blessé à l’école. Il voulait me faire payer le séjour au complet comme pénalité et me charger les frais des nouvelles dates. J’aurais compris une journée de pénalité mais pas toutes les journées en plus que je voulais rester à cette hôtel et que je demandais seulement un changement de dates. Donc en résumé, toutes annulations en cas de force majeure vous sera chargé si ce n’est pas fait 48 heures avant!
