It was the easiest check in and out I have seen. The location by the Maverick Center was great. The room was nicely kept and clean. They have bathtubs not just showers and a nice soak after a hard day is nice. We had a good time

Comfort Inn is usually great everytime I book. The one was below par. Rooms had issues I was moved 4x. Final room carpet dirty and floors. I found dirty sock that was not ours on the floor. Rose was accommodating, she was great. They discounted my stay due to inconveniences, great on their part.

The front desk was absolutely rude. I tried to extend me stay and the lady would up front refused to help me. Not only that my room had not been cleaned prior to my stay. None of the staff was polite. Terrible show of class. If I wasn’t working I wouldn’t have had another night in the awful hotel.

The pool area was nice except it was very hot in the indoor pool area. No way to open a window or a door to let air flow in the pool area.

The hotel its self was clean and comfortable the room was a little small and lack luster for the price but did the job we needed it too. Staff was friendly though mostly absent and had to use the service bell more than once.

It was outdated there was a lot of old run down furniture and the carpet in the hall ways was filthy and my rooms night stand was dirty. They also held a 100 dollars hold on my card for damages not good

I stayed here for two nights and while the motel is a bit rundown, the room itself was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the functioning air conditioning. There wasn’t a microwave in the room, which made it tricky since I’d brought food to save money, but there are good dining options nearby. I had to ask at the front desk for shampoo, but the clerk was friendly and got it for me right away. The location was easy to find and there was plenty of parking. Overall, it worked for a short, budget-friendly stay.
