Staff was great!!! Room had blinds that were not operational but the staff was easy to work with. The downfall of the blinds was we had no control of them... if we wanted them up or down we had to call the staff to come do it for us! So very annoying and inconvenient. The room had a dirty diaper smell whenever the heater kicked on. Not sure if there is some sort of employee work room above us but stomping all night both nights. Was told they only offer 2 beds in wheelchair accessible rooms... not normal!

The room was great- nice size and comfortable. The hotel was very quiet which we appreciated! The front desk staff was always helpful (mailing my postcards)! The only downside was the hot tub which was way too hot to use.

Checkin took forever - only front desk worker was on the phone for 10+ minutes. Hotel was not remotely full but got placed in an adjoining room next to a family with what sounded like 3 young kids which were incredibly noisy. The small "market" was a complete ripoff - $24 for 4 small Powerades. Staff didn't even ask how the stay was at checkout - don't blame them though, most seemed new and unfamiliar with how things run indicating lack of training. Property has potential but these things were annoying enough to cause me to stay elsewhere next time.

The sofa bed didtn' have warmth to sleep at all, so I requested a couple more blankets. None came. After that, I couldn't trust the front, so I didn't request a morning call even I wanted. The breakfast is bad. Most of the time, they used paper plates and plastic utensils as well.The wall and the floor were very thin, I could hear enough noise from upstairs and the next door. No Safety in the room. The room didn't have knifes at the kitchen, where other room I knew stayed had a gigantic cooking knife they said. Inconsistent? Front people are nice, and the cleanliness is good though. And the tea/coffee stands were there 24/7, which was nice. I know I didn't stay at the fancy expensive hotel, but still...if I have a choice, i would not stay with them again.
