Very nice stay the day before our flight out of SLC. Breakfast options were great. We were able to order a dinner in their restaurant. Limited menu but the food was good. Hyatt is very dependable for good service.

I liked everything but the noise coming from the upstairs tenants. The building was built rather thin or without much insulation as we could hear the neighbors stomping around above us. Not a good sleep.

jet-engine loud air conditioner in room, but no air conditioning of lobby. not the best way to welcome guests: by roasting them while they wait an hour to check-in. the free airport shuttle service was great though.

The first room they gave us smelled terrible. Like bad body odor. They gave us a new room that was clean and smelled fine. The continental breakfast was not good at all. We couldn’t eat it and went elsewhere for breakfast.
