Went up for a concert, had a great time. The Hotel was wonderful.. but despite being a few months ago I do remember a detail that I found to be quite inappropriate. Having worked the front desk of a nice hotel before myself, I am well versed in what is considered appropriate dress for someone in that position. Me and my boyfriend walked in the front door and right away you see the front desk. Behind that desk was a female (her attitude was nice and friendly) BUT she was wearing today's latest trend-the crop top. Her entire torso on display for the world. In other job settings, like as a barista maybe? but the front desk is the face of the hotel. I noticed, but it was actually my boyfriend who stated how shocked he was that they allow their front desk to dress like "hoochies"(his words) Pretty with a nice figure doesn't make it appropriate to wear that to that type of job. She was dressed like she just came from the concert with us! I wore pencil skirts and blazers when I worked in that position, and I still looked pretty darn hot without having to dress scantily. Was pretty trashy in comparison to the rest of my over all evaluation of the hotel. If that's not breaking the dress code then y'all seriously need new management. Port to use my streaming device with the rooms TV didn't work, but that's the only complaint of the establishment itself. The breakfast was amazing! The bed and shower were amazing! Never got to use the pool unfortunately. Over all would stay again!

The staff was nice and the room was okay, but they didn't have basic things that a lot of hotels have for free like Make up wipes. It felt like everything cost more (like a $6 water bottle)! That is crazy! For us the beds were way too soft, but the hotel was very clean and that was appreciated.

After retrieving my baggage at SLC airport I called the hotel to arrange shuttle transport. The phone menu led me to dead end messages that offered zero help. So, I tried reaching the hotel operator, but this took multiple tries until someone picked up. When I finally got to the hotel, the receptionist notified me the classification of room I ordered was not available. But (strongly) hinted that if I join the Hyatt loyalty club she could upgrade me at no cost to a room that was available. The whole scene appeared to be a ruse to get me to sign up for the loyalty club. Fine. I did as she told, just to get a room. In the end, the room she assigned me was clean and spacious, but nothing above ordinary. The complimentary breakfast was a basic buffet, with disposable dishes and cutlery. Again, nothing special. Overall, was an underwhelming experience, and even though they got me to join the loyalty club, I don’t expect to remain loyal to the brand.
