The hotel is in a great location on the river and everything is of a good standard. The room was modern and spacious. It was very clean. I had room service a couple of times. I asked for the automatic service charges to be removed at checkout. That was no problem. However they still appear to be on the receipt so I am going to have to query that which is annoying.

I'm not convinced its worth the hype (Sorry)

I'd heard a lot about Sea Containers, and how amazing it was, but having stayed in a lot of hotels around London, I left feeling pretty flat. The staff were nice, the entrance was nice, the room was ok, the area was ok, but it just didn't have that wow factor for me, I'd kind of place the quality as a very good premier inn, but at three times the price. I'm not saying don't go, I'm more saying manage your expectations.

Property was exactly as advertised, great staff, room and location. The only item keeping it from 5 stars was the AC. Coming from the states, we were used to a little cooler temp in the room. We had 4 rooms, 8 people. 5 of us had issues sleeping in low 70 degree temp.
