Everything was excellent about this property except for one thing. Upon checkout, the clerk asked me to contribute 5% of my bill for hotel staff. I thought this was inappropriate and a money grab behavior in light of the fact that this is an expensive hotel (~$400 per night).

We liked that it was quiet. We didn't like the unclean floors in the bathroom. There was urine on the floor by the toilet when we arrived and the sink drained very slowly.
