The room pool restaurants etc were great the front desk staff seemed very inexperienced and lacked a manager there to help coach them. My partner did not enjoy the bed however I found comfortable.

Loved Little America!

This was our first time in Salt Lake City and Little America Hotel was such an amazing experience. The best part was its proximity to the rail system, which made getting around different parts of town so much easier and affordable. It was nice that we could take the train from the airport straight to the hotel. Other than that, the rooms were nice and it was nice to just hang out in the lobby during free times. The only thing I wish I could have tried was the buffet on property, but perhaps next time. Overall I enjoyed my experience and definitely see myself staying here again during a future SLC trip!

Our room was beautiful! I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a prettier hotel. However, we could hear everything that was going on outside our door which was frustrating. For breakfast, my pancakes tasted like sourdough pancakes, they were inedible. If I’d known that’s what they were going to taste like I never would’ve gotten them. My husband said his omelet had too much ham in it and his potatoes were burned badly. So breakfast was basically a bust which was disappointing. That’s money we’ll never get back. Dessert last night, the milk shakes, were very good. We would also say that our beds were terrible. We both kept waking up in the night because our backs were hurting so badly. All in all, we enjoyed our stay though and we will be coming back in May to stay overnight again so we are looking forward to that.
