I arrived after a long flight to be told there were no rooms left, they had overbooked. I had a reservation! They said sorry, you can go stay at a Hampton Inn 5 minutes away & come back tomorrow for the remainder of your stay. Furious as there were no nice hotels remaining in the city, they were all sold out.

Super convenient to the convention center, but road noise on the north side of the building was considerable even on the 9th floor. The level of cleanliness was also disappointing, but not unhealthy.
