I have stayed at a number of Comfort Inns and this by far was the worst. I don’t know if they gave us the room (173) they did because I booked through Expedia instead of directly through their app, but I was not impressed. The check-in staff was great but it went down hill fast from there. When my daughter sat down on the bed it rolled across the floor. I sat down on the other bed, it rolled away as well. The outside side door into the hotel wasn’t locked. We went in and out a few times. The carpet was awful. I wouldn’t even shower because of the bathroom Our room was across the hall from where the ice machine was supposed to be but there wasn’t anything there but a big empty space. I thought this hotel was a newer one closer to the airport but it was about a mile further west. Will not be booking this hotel ever again.

The staff was friendly. However, overall, we didn't like this property - it had a fair price, so we didn't expect much. Regardless, the property did not feel clean, and it was very noisy.

you get what you pay for?

staff were busy watching something (youtube?) and couldn't pull their attention away to check me in.... floor was gritty in my room and felt like it REALLY needed to be swept; paint and wall paper were peeling away from wall in places. One of the least expensive places to stay, but still not worth the price.

The Punjabi restaurant was wonderful and right off the lobby. Bedsheets were even softer than the 5 star hotel in Berlin I had just spent 5 nights sleeping in. The toilet was too low for someone with a bad back, but I forgot to ask for a handicap accessible room. The hotel shuttle was at the airport waiting for me and was fast and had a running board to make it easier to get into. With jet lag I missed swimming, but the pool courtyard looked lovely.

The furniture in the room look like they got it from a garage sale, the chair was scratched up, there was veneer that was missing on the desk exposing the particle board underneath, they offered coin op laundry but only had $1 worth of quarters that I could buy to operate it, I had to leave the premises to buy quarters at a convenience store. There was no ice machine on our side of the hotel, their customer office system consisted of a small computer with no printer, I had to go to the library to print off my boarding passes for our flight home, the room was cleaned on the third day of our visit because I asked one of the cleaning crew if they would clean the room, I wen to the front desk to get replacement bath towels and wash cloths and the person at the desk didn't know what a wash cloth was. This is not what I expected from a Clarion Hotel.

Everyone was always smiling and kind. I had to extend my stay and they were able to no problem. The pool was full and the restaurant was delicious.
