For the price it was ok. Noisey can hear the freeway noise. Could do better with the breakfast. They weren't watching to restock food. Some more attention to the customers would be nice.

I made a reservation for a hotel in a certain area they booked me clear the hell across town I needed it in a certain area so I had to abandon my reservation and rent a room at a local hotel it sucked no one could tell me any information I called many times and received the same stupid answer.

Hotel needs work but breakfast is ok

Hallway smelled fine but room 122 had a bad smell (like a vacuum bag), we bought deodorizer but it only helped for 5min after you sprayed it. Curved shower curtain rod was hanging down when we checked in, maid knew because she tucked the curtain into the tub grab handle to keep it away from the toilet. Had to tape curtain to ends of rod so we could shower without spraying water everywhere. PLEASE FIX THAT! Toilet was loose on floor, general hotel areas looked like they need a quality maintenance program/person. Breakfast was comparable to other hotels of the same price and not bad at all. Outside areas are dirty and appear like no one cares to clean. Pool/spa areas need cleaning and maintenance but are operable. Wouldn't stay again unless desperate.

The elevator was broken for most of the visit. I stayed for 4 nights and my room was never cleaned or trash emptied. One night I heard some kids say "mouse!!" In the hallway and when I opened my door, a mouse was walking down the third floor hallway.

The first room we received did not have any toilet paper, tissue and has ants. It obviously has not been cleaned. Got moved to a different room and that room was NOT cleaned either! It was disgusting and feces in the toilet. The front desk lady said she had cleaned it herself… 3rd room the sheets looked like they had been slept in and dirt was in it. Candy wrappers on the ground. We were exhausted from traveling for 2 days straight none stop. We slept in the other bed that “seemed” clean. We will NEVER recommend this to anyone.

Dirty garments left for us to find YUCK!

Staff were rude when asked about clean towels during a 3 night stay. Staff short tempered while checking in english was very very poor which caused frustration for both parties. FOUND UNKOWN DIRTY SOCKS AND UNDERWEAR in our room underneath the bed when checking room to leave.

No thank you.

This was literally the most run down place I have ever stayed and I am used to traveling cheap. The bed and bathroom were clean but everything else was grungy. They do also have a big hot tub with jets.
