When I say I rarely complain, I mean I RARELY complain. The front desk employee was as sweet as pie. The hotel/room - dirtiest I have ever stayed in. Stains everywhere. Just....dont.....

Staff was rude. There were no bed frames on the beds. The floors were extremely stained. We had to slam the door to get it to shut. We got locked out of our room 2 gours before check out. The clerk made me feel like it was my fault for them deactivating my key before check out. I will not be staying there again.

Natasha was exceptional! She understood my special needs and was willing to grab my bags when I was not as able. I will be forever grateful to her! She was kind and courteous. The gentleman in the morning even got me apple juice afte hours! I am on crutxhes and really strugling, so these little extra things mean so much! I wish that the handicap room had a walk in shower, but beggars cant be choosers. I am grateful i had my partner to help. I do appreciate the switch to a handicap accessable room rather last minute. It did make a differennce.

The bed was broken!! The paint in the pool/hot tub area was peeling everywhere! No breakfast! There was pancakes and cold cereal and that’s it. I stayed at multiple super 8 locations and always had breakfast and good beds. This was HORRIBLE AND GHETTO

Only rating 3 stars because the STAFF was GREAT. So friendly and helpful when we needed it. Otherwise I’d give it a 2. This place is fine if you’re desperate for the cheapest spot. I’d say “you get what you pay for,” but I really can’t justify a motel costing over $60/night (it was ~$90). Pros: - STAFF! - Seemingly safe spot nestled between a bunch of new car dealerships - hot tub/pool are usable - bed & bath were clean enough to be usable without an overwhelming “ick factor” if you will - desk/fridge/microwave clean and usable - cheapest spot in the area (yet arguably way too expensive) Cons: - whole place is dilapidated (chipped paint and some ants in the pool area, wires hanging out of the ceiling, scuffed walls in the room) - The carpet was *absolutely disgusting.* It looked like it never had so much as a once-over with a vacuum. It was littered with stains and debris, there was trash and even an almond hanging out in plain sight. I wore my shoes the whole time. This was very difficult to get past Overall, if you’re in need of something cheap the conditions are just tolerable enough. Which is a shame because the staff was lovely. If you have an extra $30-$50 to spend I’d go elsewhere.
