Very good location. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast. I stayed there 4 nights with my family (2 kids and 2 adults). Everyone was comfortable in the studio. I recommend this hotel for sure!

Relato de Hospedagem – Críticas ao Hotel 🕒 Check-in Chegamos às 13h45, mas a recepcionista informou que só poderia iniciar o check-in após as 14h. O processo foi extremamente lento, pois cada hóspede precisava passar por captura de identificação facial — informação não divulgada no site no momento da reserva. Resultado: mais de 40 hóspedes acumulados aguardando para iniciar o check-in. 📑 Problemas na Reserva Quando chegou minha vez, não localizaram meu nome na reserva, sendo necessário apresentar o comprovante de pagamento. Situação desconfortável e constrangedora. Solicitei prioridade, pois minha esposa estava em tratamento de uma infecção urinária e precisava usar o banheiro com urgência. Mesmo informando à recepcionista, houve total descaso: colocaram outra pessoa na frente. O atendimento foi tão demorado que tivemos que nos deslocar até a casa de um amigo em Patamares. 🚗 Estacionamento O site informa que o hotel possui estacionamento. Na prática, o estacionamento é terceirizado e pago separadamente, o que não foi informado previamente. 🛏️ Quarto Iluminação péssima: uma lâmpada queimada e luz amarela desagradável. Frigobar vazio, sem qualquer abastecimento. Roupa de cama inadequada: lençol cobria apenas metade da cama, sem cobertores disponíveis. Tivemos que solicitar três extras. Ar-condicionado barulhento: o compressor fazia ruído dentro do quarto. ☕ Café da Manhã Falta de reposição de frutas e queijos. Limpeza deficiente: mesas demoravam a ser higieni
