Great hotel near city centre! The staff were welcoming. My room was spotless and very comfortable, and the bed was exceptionally cozy. The location was also perfect, with easy access to shops and places to eat. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning on my next visit.

Nice, but could improve with basic attention.

Room was okay, fan supplied in room however it didn’t work! Opened the door of the balcony, then had to close it as next door decided to smoke on theirs and the smell of smoke came into my room! Even though it says no smoking on the balcony. While I thought everything was clean, the duvet sheet had a stubborn blood stain on it, better not to use it if it’s not fully clean.

Quick but great stay

Stayed for 1 night, lovely staff and very helpful. Room was clean and beds are comfortable. Hotel is in a quiet square with lots of food options around. Easy 20min walk to touristy spots. Parking was also very convenient, just parked in the garage, level -2, then took the elevator up to reception. They validate your parking ticket and cuts the cost from €36 for 24hrs to 18.

We stayed here with our toddler, there was no fridge in the room which was very inconvenient. The bathroom is a bit outdated and the shower pipe was too short, and if we opted for the overhead shower you had to be touching the faucet to be able to shower properly, making the whole showering experience really uncomfortable The room was not cleaned well, crumbs were not vacuumed and one of the days the dirty towels were left the room.

Our room was wonderful and included a balcony which was really nice. The lobby area is very minimal. The staff was very friendly and provided a free drink when our room wasn't ready on time. The hotel is centrally located within easy walking distance to lots of great tourist attractions.

New hotel and walkable to most area attractions in the city. Few steps to grocery stores and restaurants.Staff is amazing and very accommodating. The hotel is clean, the bed is comfortable and there’s free water in your room daily. I really appreciate the fact that they provide daily cleaning service to your room unlike most hotels these days where you have to request it a day in advance. Truly enjoyed our 3 day stay at this hotel.

Great stay in Smithfield area

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and location perfect for our needs. Not much was open late in the area but we were able to find a restaurant still serving after 9 pm. Easy to get to on light rail.
