An der Bar war die Bedienung leider eher unfreundlich und wenig zuvorkommend ! Die Aussicht von da oben war aber spektakulär.

Es gab im Badezimmer keinen Handtuchhalter. Zudem wurde es uns nicht erlaubt, anstelle des 20€ Frückstücks einen Cappuccino zu trinken. Das fanden wir etwas überzogen. Wenn wenig Zeit bleibt, erwartet sich der Gast in der Früh einen Cappuccino/Tee. Vielen Dank für den dennoch für den schönen Aufenthalt in dem schönen Zimmer. Der Ausblick war wunderbar.

Das Zimmer mit dem Rundumblick über Salzburg ist super. Auch der separate Bereich im Zimmer ist genial, wenn einer für sich sein möchte. Beim Service müssen sie noch etwas üben. Beim Frühstücksbuffet waren die 3 Kellner - die nur abräumen und auffüllen mussten, der Rest war Selbstbedienung - heillos überfordert. Auch am Empfang waren sie zwar nett, aber machten nicht den kompetentesten Eindruck, wir waren froh hatten wir keine Beanstandungen.

Établissement moderne, idéalement situé à proximité des transports en commun, et non loin du centre ville. Personnel chaleureux et accueillant. Chambre parfaitement équipée, confortable, design. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel

It's a great location and a brilliant view from window. Our room was nice and clean. The staff at reception weren't particularly friendly and very rarely greeted when we passed by. This gave a feeling of a more hostel-kind-of service instead. The breakfast wasn't included in the price so we didn't want to take it as an extra as it would have costed 20e/person/day (so maybe not the best price value if having also many special diets). The rooftop bar was nice though. The gym could easily be made better if a simple set of dumbbells were added, there would be space. Now it's basically only a treadmill, runners and a pull-up bar.
