Solid to better side of good hotel

Thoroughly adequate hotel, surprisingly good location for visiting Salzburg being near the central station and bus stops. Extra points for large rooms and comfortable beds, also ice machines. Would stay again.

I stayed in this hotel with my young doughter for three nichts. When I went to the reception to check in after long train riding, the receptionist was chattering with a somebody and we had to wait so long. And the rest of our stay, she had been absolutly unkind. Except the Service of this receptioninst, other hotel members were always ready to help and the hotel was nicely located. (2min. away from the train station). A clean pool & a sauna / a neat room. A bathroom was a bit old and a toilet flash button was not working properly though. Mostly I had to press the button several times.
