Generally very good, modern hotel with a great bar. Check in was slow, took 25 mins, which after a 10 hour drive is the last thing you want. Bedroom was very clean and comfortable, but just 1 small pillow ea wasn't designed for comfort

breakfast was good. the pillow was "skinny" and uncomfortable the fitness center was good, however there wad no AC, the windows there were open and cuigarete smoke and traffic smog waffelled in big time

Good overall

The staff at the front desk was helpful and friendly. Overall was good. However, during our stay, the bathroom drain was severely blocked. We had to remove a large amount of hair ourselves before it could drain properly. This should be handled by the cleaning staff, not guests. Also, when we checked in, the shower gel was almost empty. After one use by our family of four, it was finished, and it was not replenished the next day. We had to use our own. We hope the hotel can improve in these areas.

Excellent stay overall. The hotel is a short (maybe 5 min.) walk from the rail way station. Spacious room, very comfortable bed, very clean premises, great service. I was pleasantly surprised that the local tax due at check-in includes a complimentary local transportation pass for each person, which came very handy throughout our stay. There is a construction going on across the street (July 2025) - that's outside of the hotel's control, but our room had the not-so-great construction view.

Hotel room was dirty. Ceiling was damaged and bathroom was small and not clea. When we arrived therey was empty bottles outside our door and housekeeping decided to take one of our keycards.
