Serious safety and service issues during our stay. The connecting door to the adjoining room was not locked, allowing the neighbouring guest to open into our room twice. We only avoided entry by blocking the door with a chair. Reception locked it later but showed no apology or urgency. The air-conditioning was faulty, blowing cold air instead of warm. Despite reporting it, no repair was done, and we had to turn it off and sleep in jackets. Other issues: poor Wi-Fi, dusty/unclean carpets, and room quality well below expected standards. Overall, an unacceptable experience.

Our stay at Wyndham Grand Salzburg Conference Centre was excellent. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and everything felt well maintained and quiet. The staff were friendly and professional, and check-in/check-out was smooth. Great location for getting around Salzburg, and overall a very comfortable, stress-free stay.

Amazing breakfast. Friendly front desk staff. Would have liked a place to microwave things as a staff member in the restaurant did not want to microwave something for me, even though I was directed to do so the day before when I inquired about microwave options. Other than that, the hotel has perfect and you the location so convenient to the train station and mall.
