Seemed difficult to get towels, they never answer front desk phone and the hot water is hit and miss. Property is nice, beach access was easy and the pools were clean. The meals were average at best, nothing memorable. The room was clean but not well stocked. The furnishings were old (curtains torn and dirty), mismatched cups with chips and stains. Only one of everything in a room for two people so we had to ask for the second coffee cups etc. the one plus was the water dispenser in the room that served hot, room temp and cold water.
