The Television was broken. We booked For 2 Nights and they never took out trash or made up beds. Notified staff of broken TV and nothing was fixed. My daughter got bit by something so we lifted the mattress and there were bugs. Notified the front desk and they said they couldn’t give discount or refund.

The room smell in our room was horrible. We had to move rooms. We book a king. The front desk told us we had to down grade to a 2 bed queens room. When we first checked in he asked what floor we wanted to be on. We told him the highest floor. He then told us no that we had to stay on the first floor.. We wanted to check out so bad and get a different hotel but the front desk said that we wouldn’t get a refund. So we had no choice but to stay there! The breakfast was so plain and nasty. All the front desk agents from morning to night were rude and not very friendly. I know when you check in a hotel they are to greet you, tell you where the elevators are if needed, the pool, the gym and what time breakfast starts and end. We didn’t get any of that. I had to ask where everything was. I asked the night front desk agent where a good place to have dinner he said he didn’t know. I will never stay here again!
