Son’s birthday getaway

Everything was great! Our son enjoyed the hotel. The Happy Hour drinks & snacks were a hit with our kids. The breakfast was great the next morning too. We would definitely stay here again. Parking is expensive, but that’s the norm in downtown San Antonio.

Kitchen staff and the buffet with customized omelets are great. Area is almost close to everything of San Antonio downtown can offer. Our view for New Year’s Eve is not a good spot but ok. Housekeepers seems so nice workers. The only thing are the people in reception don’t greet nor smile at guests that are very odd for San Antonio because people are mostly friendly. They were three of them at my time of check in but only one is working with customers. They seems annoyed when you asked questions. Maybe it was New Year’s Eve and they don’t want to be there Still, come visit the place…

I loved the property. The staff was so amazing and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean and it was a distance to the Riverwalk. We had a great time. Definitely will be coming again. Also, the breakfast was really good.

Concentrated Quality Everywhere!

The Embassy Suites at the San Antonio Riverwalk has - just like that - become my favorite hotel in San Antonio! The suite where we stayed was very spacious, and the check-in staff moved us up to a top floor in honor of our very special occasion. I also took a walk outside the property and was instantly greeted with of the finest restaurants in the city --and all of this was mere steps away from the historic Majestic Theatre... Didn't know that so much concentrated quality was so close by. I'm going to plan to return!

We stayed at the place for 5 days. House keeping did not done good job of cleaning. They did not vacuum or even mop the floor, did not even picking trash and did not even wipe the dinning table. We have to do it our self.
