Beautiful hotel, we went to view the Christmas lights on the Riverwalk and they were great. The hotel is great just a couple of areas I was not happy with. Parking was not advertised as valet only at $70 day because we had a larger vehicle. Options to park were a bit of a walk and not so secure. The biggest complaint was the fact that I booked a river view room and wasn’t given one. The manager did not even try to accommodate us, he just kept saying all we were getting by staying at the Embassy Suites. We spent a lot of money on a river view room for the Christmas lights and the didn’t care.

The room had a strong bad smell in it and the tub would not drain properly. Otherwise the room was great. We did not have the time or energy to let the property know the issues, long days of travel and Air Force graduation.

Check in was at 4pm, at 4:30pm had to pretty much demand for a room. Beds were bad. $55.00 valet and at checkout had a 30 minute wait to get our vehicle. Property and location are great! Seems they just need more staff for the size of the property.
