At one of the entrances to the lobby of the hotel there are pillars outside of the sliding doors. I guess passerby’s may thing that is a wonderful spot to urinate as there were not one but several old and new urine puddles making the entrance feel of old urine. Inside of the hotel was beautiful and spotless. I love this hotel, I just don’t like having to watch my feed once I step outside.

We booked a room that had a king bed in a bedroom and a pull-out couch in the living room. The description said it sleeps four people. When we got in the room all the couch cushions were on the floor chairs flipped upside down and all drawers open. We found out that they had not done their inspection on the room yet. I went down to the front desk to try to cancel our stay because of how outdated the furniture was in the room. and the pull-out couch had a very thin mattress. There's no way you can sleep anybody on that pull out couch. When we booked the hotel they showed pictures with a thick mattress on that couch. They also showed a very thick mattress in the bedroom. The bedroom mattress was not as thick as the picture and the pull out couch mattress was horrible.
