Arrived at 11:45 and told the shuttle to the hotel from the airport ended (even though it ended at 12:00am). Had to take a Uber to the hotel and then back to the hotel b/c it only ran every hour. That is not convenience. Won't stay again at this property given the inconvenience of the shuttle service.

Courteous staff, helpful setting up shuttle to airport. The room was clean but when we arrived we noted money on the desk, possibly a tip, (which we gave to the desk clerk) and a bag of food from their grab and go breakfast. Odd. The beds were very firm, too firm for all of us, but better than too soft, I guess. We were there for 5 days and not once did we have maid service. The first day I was ill and hung the Do Not Disturb sign, but that was the only time. We brought food in and the bags were piling up. It would have been helpful if there were a brochure or something left for guest with tips about the room and how to reach the front desk. I didnt find the closet until our last night, its cleverly disguised as a full length mirror. And I called for assistance using my cell phone and their main number. It wasnt a bad place to stay and when we return to San Antonio we will probably stay there again. Especially since we've learned a bit about how to access everything. The location is perfect for our needs.

Room was ok very dated pillows were horrible shower door was broken about to fall off sofa really low to ground basically unable to sit on parking was a nightmare and security there is zero doors open all night for anyone to walk in from either side staff ok breakfast was bad made us sick
