Staff was helpful and outgoing. The hotel has a different theme for each day of the week, such as funny hat day. The days I was there, staff was enjoying whatever the theme was. It was nice to see people having fun and working at the same time!

Beds are hard, carpet smells really old in both of the rooms we were in. Shower in the first room wasn't even working more less the water. Moved to a new room and even though the room was big, the beds were the MOST UNCOMFORTABLE things I had ever slept on! The pull out bed was nothing but springs! Every turn my child made you could hear it on that bed. Would not stay there again! Also the breakfast lady was rude and the food was gross.. I'm a regular at the Hampton inns around the States, this one is now the worst I've ever stayed at from room down to breakfast.
