The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast had good options and was very tasty. The only complaint I would have is something was up with the air conditioner. He wouldn’t really cool unless it was at a certain temp but it was too bad to where I would have to tell the front desk or have to move rooms.

9/10. This Hampton Inn was a nicer choice in our trip to San Antonio. The contemporary styled room was spacious with two queen beds. Front desk was friendly and very helpful. With that said, there were several minor maintenance issues. The keyed lock needed a reprogram to open. One light bulb was out (it was fixed quickly) when we entered room. When I called the front desk, they could hear me because the room phone had some issue. And the shower knob was loose. Nothing major but they do leave an impression. The breakfast was a simple continental one. We didn't eat much. There are a lot of local choices around the area though.

Definitively the worst hotel I've ever been. Dirty, low staffed, bad attitude. I spent 1 week there and not a single day the floor was swept nor the bathroom cleaned, they just made beds after 4 days and after I went down to the lobby to complain. Absolutely not recommended.
