Conveniently located. Rooms were not well kept, dirty toilet and shower doesn't drain well. Service request was not done for 1 of the 3 days. For a new hotel it could be way better.

The room was spacious, the staff were very nice. I didn’t try the breakfast but the coffee was good. The bed was on the firmer side but didn’t affect my sleep. The room smelled vaguely of cigarettes the first night but it faded by the second night so I slept better. We got home from an event after midnight and the parking lot was full. The only other place to park was at a mini shopping center 50 yards or so from the front door.

There are lots of restaurants and stores near by and is at a close proximity to Seaworld where we visited. No complaints on the cleanliness or working condition of stuff inside the room. Good breakfast and coffee. Peaceful site. There was no complimentary water bottles provided and we have to purchase it. Small things but matters a lot. I felt room size small for 4 people to stay and small kitchen utensils like bowls, plates could have been provided.

I've stayed here before and I will again every time I need to travel to this part of San Antonio. The property is clean, modern and well maintined and the room size and layout is great. I especially liked the two TVs, large couch, and the counter/table area. I was able to set up and work comfortably. Great place to stay! My only complaint is not with the hotel itself, but the area. The drivers on the loop are crazy, but that's pretty much all of San Antonio traffic. Pretty much the same as Austin, but not nearly as bad as DFW. There's a really good Chinese buffet nearby, so between that and the room, I could set up shop here for a week and be happy.
