Very well maintained and staff friendly and very helpful. One of the cleanest places I’ve stayed in recently. There are some issues with the doors opening and they should change the locking mechanism on those that are faulty

We needed a hotel last minute and chose Springhill. The breakfast was really good, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were great. However the ac in our room would not go any lower than 72. So while the beds we’re comfortable, the room was hot.

It was great … but …

CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN … and nice and quiet. Perfect for a quick trip to SA … the only blemish is that there was no kitchen washing materials available in the kitchenette suite. How are we to was our dishes with nothing on hand to do it. I did ask downstairs and they had availabile a dishwasher pod for $3 (!!) but no dawn or dishwashing liquid. If you are offering a kitchenette, you should have the accoutrements that go along with it. Like for example a bathroom shower scenario.
