The house is clean and convenient. The people in the back half of the house were very noisy late at night. Otherwise it was great.

The space is a bit smaller than it shows on the listing. The unit was difficult to find, there was no label indicating which unit was which. The netflix account provided was unfortunately unreliable, it was always showing as “someone else is watching”. The host was difficult to communicate with when we tried to bring this to their attention. The location of the property however, was great, close to the main town area and not too far of a walk from the beach.

Place was clean and quiet. Need a couple updates to get a 5 star. New sheets (Costco for 49)suitcase holder in bedroom. DIMMER lights in bathroom (300W). K cup coffee maker. Local channels or cable TV. Instructions for wall heater. Replace goodwill couch with two recliners. Add a beanbag chair? Reverse the refrigerator door. It is a duplex but could not tell either front or rear unit...need numbers on each entry. Nice tiled bathroom but the toilet paper holder should be removed as one cannot sit straight as the holder is in the way?? Reading light on bed. No electrical outlet in bedroom for charging??.
