Casita Rustica was meticulously designed to give guests a private and relaxing retreat so enjoyable you may have a hard time getting out to enjoy the city. Our location is close to 163 and major tourist attractions are a mere 10 min away. Including the world famous San Diego zoo, seaworld, beaches. Waterfront, and the Gaslamp district. The Casita is equipped with modern amenities to improve your experience such as dimming lights, keyless entry, A/C , heat and built in-ceiling speakers for relaxing music or for getting into the mood for a night out on the town while getting ready. Inside the casita you will also find a full kitchen with all the tools to keep you cooking great ingredients that make great food. Outside the Casita you will find a patio with a lounge area great for reading relaxing in the sun or just a place to grab some fresh air. Our stay at the casita was amazing! The casita was very clean and a very cute stay for a couple get away weekend. The kitchen came stocked with dishes to use, the bed was very comfortable, free street parking, safe area, and the hosts provided great recommendations for sight seeing in the area. 10/10 would stay again!

Excellent communication from Javier! Immaculately clean, nicely furnished casita. The dresser and closet in the bedroom are huge! The kitchen has full-sized appliances and plenty of room to cook if you need to! Towels and linens are excellent. I even checked out the towel brand I loved them so much! Loved walking the neighborhood, Friendly neighbors with cute dogs. A really impressive skateboard with park nearby. Great location close to airport, freeways, and many Asian and every other cuisine restaurants and markets.Very minor areas for improvement. There is parking on the street, but one night we had to park about a block away. (We got home late.) Some items typically provided were missing but they are not dealbreakers. These things did not deter from our enjoying our stay!

We loved the casita and everything inside was perfect just like the photos. It is a cozy quiet place where we were able rest and relax. The casita was close to everything in San Diego so driving around was easy. We will definitely stay here again!

The host was communicative, welcoming, and friendly. If we needed something, Javier was quick to respond and get us what we needed. Amenities were well stocked. The casita was very cozy and comfortable. There was a nice cozy little area to enjoy out front of the casita as well. It was the perfect landing pad for our trip with great food spots close by. We were only 15 minutes from the majority of the activities we had planned.

Shopping was easily within 15 minutes. Traffic was more than we expected, but it was my first time driving the coast in California. San Diego and LA has some cra-zy drivers. Kitchen setup was minimal, but fine. Very kind hosts.

This property was everything we thought it would be and more! The bed is so comfortable and some of the best sleep I have had in a long time. The neighborhood is close to everything. The yard has beautiful fruit trees and outdoor seating. I would recommend this casita to anybody.

Casita Rustica

Casita Rústica is a quaint and charming place to stay. It is 10-15 minutes to Downtown San Diego and close to the beaches. The place is very modern and newly decorated. The hosts are amazing and extremely friendly making us feel right at home. Our visit was over a week and loved it so much we asked if there was any availability for our next visit.

California Beach trip

This was our annual Mission Beach trip and our first time using Vrbo, so we were not sure what to expect. We usually stay at Hotel Circle, but wanted to try something different. We enjoyed our experience and it exceeded our expectations! It is beautiful, clean and we loved it! The property is a little house behind the homeowner’s and is beautiful and was absolutely perfect for us! There was open communication at all times and if we had any questions, they were answered right away. It’s about 20 minutes from Mission Beach and Old Town San Diego, another of our favorite stops! We highly recommend staying here and want to thank Javier and family for making it special!

Amazing stay and such kind hosts!

This is such a cute little backyard unit. It was a very easy check in and when we met the hosts they were so kind and welcoming! It is also located in a great location, close to USD, food and the beach. You'll love it!
