Amazing Pacific Beach Bungalow

Summary:

Wonderfully located 2 bedroom 1 bath beach bungalow. In the heart of Pacific Beach just 3 blocks to the ocean, 4 blocks to the bay, and 2 blocks from the bustling business district on Garnet. We have towels, boogie boards, beach chairs and everything else you need for the beach so pack some bags and head out to take in the best weather in the world!



The Space:

Light and bright 2 bedroom with 3 sleeping areas (a king (rare at the beach!) a queen and a pull out sofa). A 50" smart TV and hi-speed internet for entertainment (or work...). The bungalow has a private outdoor space as well. Please note the AC units are window units. There is one assigned parking spot in the alley.

The entire unit is yours and check-in is completely contactless (you will be provided a door code 2 days prior to arrival).



The Neighborhood:

Pacific Beach is one of the best spots in San Diego. Great bars and restaurants are all within 5-10 minutes on foot. The beach vibe is alive here but you are just far enough away from the beach that you can leave behind the late-night noise and craziness and wind down in peace.



Getting Around:

The unit comes with a designated parking spot for one car in the alleyway behind the garage. However, if your vehicle is over 15 feet, it will not fit in the spot. Street parking is easy to come by. We've partnered with a local company, PB Golf Cart Rentals, that offers daily rentals in a customized Golf Cart. With flexible pricing and local pickup & drop-off, you’re minutes away from riding around San Diego in style. Please mention that Vacation Rentals By Aaron sent you!



Other Things to Note:

For stays longer than 30 days, I require a deposit in the amount of one month's rent to be paid offline due 60 days prior to arrival as well as a formal lease agreement.



Beach Equipment: despite the inclusion of snorkeling gear, we do not offer it at our rentals

Check-in is virtual, as you'll be provided with a digital Guest Portal and a personalized door code. Vacation Rentals by Aaron is a full-service property management company, and will be available 24-7 in case you need anything during your stay.

The apartment was clean and in a nice location, close to the beach, farmer's market, and places to eat. It could use some upgrades, but overall it we were satisfied with the stay. It would be nice if the windows were more functional to let the cool evening air in, or if the window air conditioners were less noisy. Communication with the host was excellent.

We had a great stay at Pacific Beach. It is close to the beach, and we had access to beach towels and beach chairs on the property. The host provided clear communication, and the house was clean. It is located in a nice neighborhood with restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Private parking in the back was a bonus.

L’annonce indique pour 6 personnes et il y a qu’une très petite table pour manger dans un coin très serré et seulement 4 chaises donc impossible d’y manger plus de 4 personne à la fois et il y a également seulement 4 grandes assiettes. Pas certaine que le ménage est bien fait car dès l’arrivée nos bas ou pieds étaient sales. L’emplacement est très bien.

Great location

My daughter and I stayed here for 2 1/2 weeks because she moved here. It was a great location - walkable to a lot of areas. It was very comfortable-beds were comfortable and living room couch pulls out so it was comfortable watching tv. Could have more kitchen pans/utensils but it was workable. Place was very clean - could use some touch up paint on doors. Also I worked remotely and needed to purchase some extension cords due to limited outlets (needed for second screen and printer) so that would be helpful! Would definitely stay again!

The house is clean and neat, but the real win here is the location. Walkable to beach, grocery store, gyms, coffee shops, bars, and more! Our group needed more towels dropped at the house and the host was quick to communicate and informed me as entries would happen to the house. Was a great stay for a group of 4 adults!

Few minutes walk from everything and relatively quiet for a family trip. Aaron was very communicative. The place had ac units and parking. No dishwasher or laundry in the unit (there is a communal pay machine) but for a few days at the beach that’s fine. Would stay here again!

The sweet Pacific Beach spot

Fun Neighborhood

Communication was great. The condo is a short walk to the beach, tons of restaurants, shops and a grocery store. The complex was quiet and all well kept. Things were well stocked and the laundry and appliances were nice. There were 4 beach chairs, boogie boards, some toys and umbrellas in the garage. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. We had a great time in San Diego!

Long weekend in Pacific Beach

We loved our stay here. Easy check in/out. Great neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants to walk to. Some of the boardwalk shenanigans makes you a little uneasy, but lots of people around! Beach was great, and an easy walk with two young kids. Grocery store close! Apartment had everything we needed.

Great location

This place is on a busy (noisy) road so take that into mind. We knew that going in and it wasn’t a big deal for us. It was nice to have 2 bedrooms. Couch was comfortable for 2 adults and a teenager. Kitchen was set up really well. Location was in walking distance to the beach, grocery stores, shops and a variety of restaurants. The only issue was that the master bedroom bed was really firm but that is a personal choice and not one I take off points for. Parking is not in a garage but in front of one in the alley so we were glad we drove the car and not the truck. We would stay here again. Aaron was super responsive with all communication!! Great host!
