The lobby door was locked when we arrived for check in with no staff in sight. We waited 30 minutes for someone to open the door and check us in, but no one arrived, so we canceled our reservation and found another hotel.

I don't even know where to start with this place. So, first I will fast forward to the fact that they just changed the name because it's run so despicably. It is now named Ash & 9th Hotel

A day from HELL

The front desk attendant was very rude and canceled my reservation which I haven't received my refund and then called the police on me because I asked for proof of cancellation.

Water leak

One issue. We had a puddle of water between the sliding glass and the bed next to the sliding glass. The A/C unit above the sliding door leaks water, that goes onto the balcony floor, that leaks into the room. It was understandable, being that the entire place is being renovated. Overall the place was fine.
