The Space:
As you approach the home, you are greeted by a beautiful front porch with dual rocking chairs, perfect for enjoying the serene surroundings. Step inside and you’ll find a chic foyer that sets the tone for the rest of the home. The open concept living area seamlessly connects the living room, dining room, and kitchen, creating a spacious and airy atmosphere. The living room is designed for comfort, featuring a cozy fireplace, multiple seating options, and a large flatscreen TV for your entertainment. The kitchen is a chef's delight, complete with an island that has barstool seating for four, high-end appliances, and is well-appointed with everything you need for meal prep and entertaining. Bedroom 1 features a king bed, a large walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a large glass-enclosed shower. Bedroom 2 also offers a king bed, providing a restful retreat. The side yard is an outdoor oasis with an inviting outdoor couch, a dining table with seating for six, a BBQ, and an oversized Connect Four game, providing fun for all ages. The area is highly walkable, benefiting from the sunny San Diego weather. Balboa Park is not only a cultural oasis with 18 museums, numerous gardens, and the world-famous San Diego Zoo, but also a hub for various cultural events and activities throughout the year.
Getting Around:
Walk around the beautiful neighborhood of Marston Hills, through exciting Hillcrest or take a short ride-share straight to bustling Downtown. The famous San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park are mere minutes away. The options are endless for activities, dining and entertainment!
Other Things to Note:
• 2 night minimum stay.
• Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
• Parking: There is free parking available for up to 3 vehicles on-site.
• Smoking, pets and events/parties are not permitted.
• Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax
• Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras.
• As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.
• Unit comes equipped with a Keurig Coffee Maker for you to enjoy a morning cup of coffee.
• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy.
