No Diving in pool; no running, no glass in pool, adult must be present when children are present Also not a rule but our Pool Guy comes on Mondays
Do not go behind the fence where the pool and jacuzzi equipment are located, This area is restricted to authorized personnel only.
Absolutely no parties are allowed on the property no exceptions. Avoid immediate eviction without a refund and a $500 minimum fine.

Spacious, Beautiful, and Wonderfully Thoughtful Host!This home was even more beautiful and spacious than the photos! Adrian's (the host) communication was amazing and swift. They went out of their way to ensure my 88 year old Mom was comfortable suggesting rooms that would work best for her needs, even providing a shower stool and confirming her wheelchair would fit through the doors.We loved the quiet, safe neighborhood and the many thoughtful touches - snacks, drinks, coffee (plus an espresso machine!), and a fully stocked kitchen.There was something for everyone: foosball, ping pong, pool table, corn hole, and a gorgeous - sparkling- pool my grandkids enjoyed daily, especially at sunset and during night swims.It was close to family making it a perfect retreat after our family reunion and busy days reconnecting with friends - We can't recommend it enough!We're planning on returning for other family events!
