Built in Spring of 2015, this home is less than 20 steps to the beach!! Ideally located a short walking distance from the Bay, restaurants, bars, and great shopping in Pacific and Mission Beach. The bay is conveniently located just across the street where the Catamaran Resort, Bahia Belle, and available rentals (bike, scooters, boat, and boards). In addition to the beaches, you are just a 5 minute drive to Seaworld, a 10 minute drive to La Jolla/Torrey Pines, and a 15 minute drive to the downtown Gaslamp district, Petco park, Convention Center and Balboa Park and San Diego Zoo.

This beautiful beachhouse has 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom. It is located on the sunny side of a North Mission Beach court. The master bedroom is located on the 1st floor with Cal-King bed, private bathroom with a 40” Smart Flat screen TV and direct access to the patio.
The spacious 2nd floor is complete living and visiting space. The kitchen consists of a fully-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, full pantry, and a dining table for 6 to 8 guests. On this floor, there is also a full bathroom with tub, and a living room with a convertible queen sofa, and a 60-inch flat screen TV and expansive sliding glass doors that open to a large private covered deck perfect anytime of day.
Two more bedrooms are located on the 3rd floor, with skylights and 32” Smart flat screen TVs in each room. The front bedroom with ocean view and step out balcony has a cal-king size bed, and then the third bedroom has two full beds that include a trundle.
The front patio includes a fire pit for cool evenings and a gas barbecue for cookouts. The private 2-car garage will fit one full size car/suv and one small car (eg. Prius size) and also includes the washer and dryer.

-4 flat screen Smart TV's (Cable, HBO, Netflix) 1 in every bedroom
- beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, 2 beach cruiser bicycles

COVID cleaning practices:
Self check in -check out process (digital code provided prior to arrival)
Hand sanitizer and anibacterial hand soap is provided.
Cleaning team wears masks and gloves. (particular attention to high touch areas)
All antibacterial disinfectants and cleaners used that are also provided.
All linens are washed and dryed at high heat in between guest stays


This rental is located in a very quiet, high density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter families. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Make sure that you are comfortable with these polices before renting.

Pros: condo was VERY clean, proximity to beach and restaurants/coffee was great, beautiful view from condo of sunset and beach, awesome pool and hot tub, coin laundry was in the building but we didn’t use, parking spaceWhat you need to know: many stairs down to the beach may make it hard for carrying beach items, the condo doesn’t have a lanai its a Juliette, there was only one beach chair- others were camping chairs so may want to bring/purchase and only 3 beach towels, one of the umbrellas is very difficult to put up (Tommy bahama one), beds aren’t very comfortable, porta crib is a pack and play and doesn’t go in infant mode, worked ok for us (I brought a fitted sheet), pool and hot tub are a half block down from property, we bought ice as no ice maker in room or building, we only had one roll of toilet paper-but this is likely an oversight by housekeeping, there is a separate entrance elevator for when your coming from beach/pool not through the lobby but through the parking garage- use that so you don’t upset security.We loved SD and most of the people were very helpful/nice. Many surf shops around for renting wetsuits and surfboards, the condo provided two boogie boards.

This was a great stay! My host was quick to respond to messages. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and decor was thoughtful making the overall feeling coastal cozy. You really can’t be the location either, and having a few outdoor seating areas was so nice! Not to mention they have everything you need for a beach trip. We brought beach towels just in case but they had those too. Our group decided we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Erin for a great stay!!

Home was absolutely beautiful, comfortable and had everything that was needed for our entire family. We appreciate that it was also very kid friendly. Location was perfect. It was walking distance to anything needed and was a short drive to main attractions. Parking was challenging with more than one car but that was expected. Erin was very responsive and accommodating. Outstanding! I was able to easily communicate with the host. The home was well stocked with beach supplies and towels, although we did not use much of it this trip. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to provide big meals for our crew. The home is literally a 30 second walk to Mission beach! Since I had to work, I noticed the WiFi was wicked fast - something that is rare with VRBO rentals. We had a wonderful time and will definitely re-book the next time we visit San Diego.

The home was immaculately clean and every room and linen was fresh and clean. We enjoyed the sounds of the waves crashing from the patio and master balcony every morning and evening. The sizable garage was great to have in an area where parking is at a premium. The large kitchen and comfy sectional allowed us to relax and enjoy the peace of the quiet neighborhood.
