I really liked the convenient location, clean, beautiful hacienda style garden. I did not feel welcomed by the girl at the counter upon arrival. No smile or friendliness. I loved the small room I stayed in but I disliked the shutters you could still see inside through the cracks. It is still a nice place to stay.

The manager on duty was very nice. Moved us to a different building so we didn’t have to walk as far with four little kids and all our luggage. However, the entire reason we booked this hotel was for the free airport shuttle and they informed us we wouldn’t be able to use it in the morning because they had a bunch of people staying there for some conference or convention that they were going to shuttle round trip and we wouldn’t be able to get a lift to the airport. I’ll be asking BW for a refund on the $50 in Ubers (two rides) we had to pay to go to the airport.

Exhausting. Terrible room next to elevator and housekeeping which banged doors and rolled constantly by the door. Paper thin walls. Children jumping on beds above. Broken and worn beds/shower and toilet. Will never stay here again- but if you find yourself stuck here, do not agree to be in the 600 building. Far from everything, loud, old, and hundreds of stairs. Not an exaggeration.
