A wonderful stay

We’ve stayed at the Hacienda numerous times before which why we chose it for our overnight stay. We appreciate the upgrade we received and enjoyed our room. We love the hotel’s proximity to nearby restaurants which we visited during our stay. The room was comfortable and we had a great night’s sleep. Forgot to mention that we loved the warm greeting by the front desk clerk when we checked in. We will return in the future.

Liked the over-all look of the property. Disappointed with location of our room (view of the vending machine). Property layout is confusing and needs better signage. Breakfast was HORRIBLE. Scrambled eggs tasted terrible, no toast, muffins were stale. Over-all, we only had coffee, juice and a few pieces of fruit, for $28+. Worst breakfast I've ever had.

It was huge! There were so many buildings that were a part of the hotel, it was cool! The restaurant attached was good. The shuttle drivers were so nice and informative. They drove us to the port with no extra charge which was amazing! We arrived early, well before check in time and they let us store our luggage and wait in the lobby until a room became available. A room became available at 1pm and we were able to check in. The room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed our time there. Thank you!

Good qualities- friendly helpful staff, room has a safe, hotel location in the center of Old Town, nice options to store your belongings, plenty of towels and good pillows. Bad qualities- musky smell to the room, no TV remote on arrival, vending machines were sold out of water but hotel sold their bottles in room 😳. Low water pressure in shower and the room safe is not bolted down to make it secure, you could pick it up and walk away.
