Centrally located, brand new studio!

This is our recently built first floor studio. It is a new building behind our house. Along with a full kitchen, you will have a washer and dryer. We are in the heart of San Diego, in University Heights. Within walking distance you can find many great restaurants or bars. Since we are located in between North Park and Hillcrest, there are many other great options in close proximity. We are 10 mins from downtown and close to all the major highways. Our space is perfect for remote work or for professionals that are going to the convention center but would like to be outside of the downtown bubble. This would also be great for couples looking to explore what the city of San Diego has to offer without being stuck in a beach town. We offer a parking space as well.

I live on the property in an apartment above the studio so any thing that comes up with can be dealt with quickly. We love our little slice of San Diego and can't wait to share it with you.

The hosts, Demyan and Mallory, are more than accommodating. They were always so kind to me and very flexible. The space itself is very nice and has all the amenities you’d need for a short or long term stay. This is a great spot to stay in San Diego too; it’s close to all the freeways and 15-20 minutes away from everything in SD. I loved staying here!

Great place, awesome location

This place was just what I needed for my conference stay/quick visit to SD! It was impeccably clean and had all the amenities I needed. The neighborhood is walkable and safe and anywhere I went in the city (restaurants, conference, zoo) was a very short ride away. Definitely recommend!

Easy check-in, spotless property, and cozy. Lots of amenities. I would highly recommend this place and would totally book to stay here again! The only issue might be that you can hear every step the person living upstairs takes, but it wasn't a big deal for me. It could be for someone else though.

Incredible hospitality!

We booked this place for our friends visiting from Nebraska so that they could get a good sense of San Diego. The hosts were incredibly responsive and treated our friends like family - they even greeted our friends when they arrived to make sure they could easily find the place! Everything was brand new, perfect part of town, and comfy bed for tall people. Thank you again! We are so grateful they had a sweet place to retreat!

Great place, great location, we will be back!

We are very happy that we chose this location. It is very clean, with easy access to many places in San Diego, it felt very safe, property managers are friendly and always available. The places is close to University Heights which has many different restaurants and coffee shops. Close to groceries stores, liquor stores and anything you may need!

This was a very nice property... Very clean and nicely decorated. The location was convenient and central to Hillcrest and North Park. The only minor gripe was very low water pressure in the shower, but otherwise everything about this stay was excellent! Would stay again.
