The hotel and rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms spotless. Breakfast has a good variety. Front desk neither friendly or rude. No safe in the rooms or front desk. The biggest issue is the noise that comes from the construction across the street. Trucks started working at 5am!!!!! If you are a light sleeper this is not the hotel for you. You can hear everything!!!. The hotel is located not in the best are but it is one exit away from sea world, around 7 minutes driving.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. There wasn’t much around to walk to and explore without worrying about heavy traffic. But it was in a good location for going to and from SeaWorld. We could see the nightly fireworks from the balcony of our room which was a bonus. Breakfast was ok. We took advantage of eating there once, but wanted to explore the area for other breakfast options too. The shower was amazing but the bathroom was pretty tiny. It got steamy in there so getting dressed was a challenge due to it being so steamy. Couldn’t open the door to air it out while getting dressed because there was no privacy for that unless you closed yourself in the tiny bathroom. No where to put your clothes except the toilet seat or back lid, which was kind of a yuck for me. It might not bother other people though. We had a large suitcase and there wasn’t a spot other than the bed, to put it while opened. So we had to close up our suitcase each night before going to sleep. The hotel provides ample towels which is a plus! Would stay here again for sure.

Didn’t realise there were adult stores so close by. Made me concerned about the kind of people that come to the inn. The inn itself was great. Room was very nicely lit and clean, as good as any marriott/ hilton (minus a TV but that doesn’t matter) There needs to be penalties and rules for people who make noise though. Saturday night we’re trying to sleep at 10:30pm and a group just made so much noise for 45 minutes. Yes its the group’s fault but the premises should also penalise that kind of behavior

The room was OK. The location is central to tourist spots, however, it is in a more industrial area. First night was fine, last three nights were a bit noisy

The hotel is quite nice in spite of the uninspiring location. The room was large and clean, and the service was fast and friendly. The metal bed skirt is odd and a little annoying, but the bed itself was comfortable. Overall, I felt it was a good value.

All the staff was extremely nice and helpful during out week long stay. The hotel is much better and improved now that it has been renovated and changed to Comfort Inn.
