We had a great stay! Jessica was patient, kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Rooms were clean and convenient. Breakfast was good. We were unsure about the parking fee when parking was in the hotel parking lot. Just an added fee, I guess. Otherwise, very pleased. Thank you.

The GM Carrie is a very unprofessional person. There were serious issues with breakfast supply and she harassed me and others staying there when we asked what could be done to fix this. My kids were burned by the chemicals in TJ hot tub. I had to call to ask for towels almost everyday because after they cleaned and took the dirt towels they didn’t replace with clean ones.

Hotel is a little out dated. Ac stopped working during the stay and they had to replace the unit. However the customer service was great there. The manager on site listened to any of our concerns we had any tried to help resolve the issues that occurred during our stay
