It was great , the couch turned into a bed and the cushion was so thin u coukd feel the hardness and it was so uncomfortable ! The coffee in the room was nasty , they don’t refill it everyday. But, it was good overall and pretty ish quiet and great people

We didn’t do much except sleep here because we were gone all day. But the freeway is right there and the windows are thin so it’s loud all night. The layout of the bathroom is inconvenient. The beds are worn and not comfortable. Our faucet leaked like crazy all over the counter every time it was on. No internet TV connection options. The wifi was pointless it was so slow. The elevators are ancient and slow and dirty. One woman at the front desk late at night was horrible and unfriendly. The breakfast was good, but the area it was in is way too small and the tables don’t get cleaned fast enough. We won’t be back to this one unfortunately.

Overall, great stay. I will say, the LED property lights should be pointed down instead of directly into rooms. Hot tub was very nice. There is covered parking for an additional fee. Also, housekeeping shares the elevator with guests and that was a little inconvenient.

Just OK

Hotel was ok. I booked 2 queens and was given a queen with 2 bunks because I asked for a quiet room. I guess that's all they had on the quiet side. Room service was not consistent. They did not make the bunk bed but gave us folded sheets and blankets to spread on our own. They forgot to give us soap and towels for 2 days. Soap and shampoo is subpar and smells terrible. The make up remover towlette smells aweful. Bring your own. No lotion either. Toilet was slow to flush. Food was alright with plenty of options. Parking was NOT free. Had to park on the street.
