Love this hotel

This is our favorite hotel in the area. The bar/restaurant in the lobby is fantastic. Food is great and lots of beverage choices. The hotel breakfast is the best!!!! Clean and spacious rooms.

This hotel was great. Breakfast was good, especially the waffles. Everything was about 20 minutes away, Downtown, Mexico, Outlets, etc. It did feel like I was in Silicone Valley with all the buildings around the Hotel but we didn't mind. Freeways were close by.

We stayed here for a few days for a honeymoon. It was affordable and incredibly nice. Cheyenne was so incredibly kind and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay as we were there. Breakfast variety was HUGE and had many healthy options, every inch was clean and well cared for! We will look forward to staying here and make sure we do in the future!

I had a very good stay at the Country Inn and Suites. The staff was unfailingly kind and attentive. My one complaint was how dry the eggs were at breakfast. Other than that, it was an enjoyable stay.

Stinky Rooms

I reserved 2 rooms. One was fine and the other smelled like mildew when walking in so I asked to change room and they did which I was grateful for. We move over to the new room and it was fine, had a little stinch but I didn't want to move again so I dealt with it. We left for dinner & came back about 3 hrs later to the room smelling like sewer & nobody had used the bathroom. I tried closing the bathroom door and deal with it but couldn't. I went down again explained the situation and this time I asked if I could try a new floor. They moved us to the flower below. Our new room was ok but the entire time nobody said sorry, nobody offered anything for the inconvience. I stay in several dozen of hotels a year and this is one of the only times I've had such an issue with a room so I just expected something different then what I received.

A welcome cookie and drinks are nice. 24 hours hot coffee, tea and hot cocoa are available. Pool is clean and heated. Jacuzzi is clean and so is the gym. Hot breakfast is awesome with variety of choices in 2 different days we stayed. The room is clean, bed is comfortable with fridge and microwave and 2 water bottles are included. Free parking as well. Would love to stay here again in future visits
