Be careful of a surprise $5 fee per night to park. Also the bathroom and kitchen in my queen mini suite had no soap. Front desk said I had to use the body wash from the shower. Very weird. Dead bolt on our door did not work. I also found the front desk to be generally unavailable. It was relatively inexpensive so part of me wants to say what do you expect.

TV did not work. They couldn't fix it, so they had to move us to another room. No more breakfast either. Really disapointing. Will not be back anymore. Even the Roadway Inn, across the parking lot still serves a breakfast.

Horrible staff rude room were out dated . Had some issues with rom asked 2 times to fix. Finally in the last day they did what they were supposed to do would not recommend. Definitely need a car no close stores close by had to Uber everywhere. Was told it was close to attractions.it wasn't everything was 30 plus minutes away

Let’s start with desk staff! They will do something about your issue with your room! But if they checked before customer goes in it would save them a lot of time! Instead you’ll find them on there phones at the desk waiting for your complaint. Very Disappointing! As family coming from out of state and in state we rented 4 rooms. #1. Room had diaper on the bulb portion of a bed side lamp, drawers were broken, tv had use two remotes to function, they advertise a kitchen area, but don’t not supply any cookware or utensils! (“That is not our responsibility”) then why show it in your ads? Sower door has a gap so large you have to point shower head to the wall or risk flooding the bathroom! Large seal missing! Room was issued 3 towels 2 bath and 1hand towel not mat for the floor no wash cloth? Spent the one night and asked for a functioning room! Had to wait until after check in time to verify but they did move us for the night! Room #2. Bathroom door had to be lifted up to close,8ft large valance left behind by maintenance personnel, had to remove it myself. Room #3 Anon smoking room that smelled of fish it was very over powering odor Room #4 no issues. In all very unsatisfactory condition to the property as a whole. Management could do better for patrons even for a budget hotel!
