Run do NOT stay in this hotel. It is awful honestly for the money yoy pay here save it and stay at a motel 6. Lesson learned will NOT EVER stay here! The room smelled awful. They state no smoking but yet 3 rooms down a lady smoking outside the hotel. Rusty towel hanger, broken picture frames, bathroom nasty dirty, all the furniture is old half rear ended painted to make it look better. A room that was suppose to be expecting 4 people had towls for only 2 people. This was plain disgusting. Beware DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Also they send a link for you to checkbin and do everything upon coming to "save time" don't waste your time. We did it and it was pointless we were supposed to just go in and get keys for room and the person in front desk had us do all of it over again!😡 I asked what the poknt of doing it before as they had sent the link she couldn't answer my question. Trust and believe if I could give them no star I would!!!

It’s convenient to get to major highways. Property is safe and all plumbing and power functioning. Not as clean as I would want. Need attention to walls, floors and cabinets. Furniture not as clean or in best repair. Good clean linens and clean amenities.

The room was not what we expected. The bathroom was small and the kitchen area had no utensils or plates or cookware. The hot tub was colder then the pool when we let them know they just stated they couldnt get anyone there till monday and tuesday it still wasnt fixed. The staff was friendly.

It was an okay place to stay. Nothing spectacular. It had a full kitchen, which was convenient. The furniture was a bit rundown, but still functional. The cleanliness was okay, seemed like it was cleaned quickly without much thoroughness. The AC was loud and ineffective, and there was a lot of noise through the night from the nearby highway.

When I checked in, the clerk never got off the telephone, asked if I needed a refrigerator but never offered an alternative. Refrigerator was missing from the room. Charged an additional 5.00 per night to park on parking lot. The room had dust bunnies above the curtains and a left-over sock from another visitor under the bed. Linens and towels were clean but stayed 6 days and had to track down the maid for fresh towels and toilet paper. Zero room service offered during the stay. There was a kitchenette however no dishes cups or pans for use. TV didn't work properly had to ask twice to have someone come in and fix it. Wi-Fi was intermittent and often un-available.

My husband and I stayed here for nearly a month and a half while our home was being remodeled. We were respectful, tipped housekeeping generously, and kept our room spotless. Two days before being forced to leave, we were told they were “out of towels”—despite the nearly empty parking lot, which didn’t make sense. Staff was extremely inconsistent. One employee told me they stopped accepting cash, but when my husband paid, they took it with no problem. Out of nowhere, they gave us just 1 hour to check out. First they said the hotel was sold out (yet I could still book a room online), then claimed there was a 21-day stay limit—even though they had already allowed us to stay almost 45 days with no issue. At 10 am that morning, we were told if we weren’t out by 11 we’d be placed on a “do not rent” list—even though as Diamond members, we should’ve had late checkout until 1 p.m., and the hotel was clearly not full. We checked out at 1 p.m., since we had such short notice to pack up, and they still banned us. When I returned days later, I was told I was on the do-not-rent list with no explanation, even after being told we could come back. The whole experience felt disrespectful and unfair. I do NOT recommend staying here—especially if you expect honest or consistent treatment I should also mention we found blood splatter on the walls and ceilings and there were cockroaches in almost every room and when we asked to change rooms, they said no but they could give us bug spray.

Full kitchen in room has no cups, silverware, pots or pans. No way to actually eat in the room. No coffee pot in room either. Had to go to hard to find breakfast room to get a cup of coffee, very inconvenient. If you are on east coast time, sometime you are awake early and would like to have a cup of coffee before 6:30. The final straw was when i took a showerr the shower pan filled up due to a clogged drain. I canceled my other 3 nights

Full kitchen in room had no regular cups, no pots and pans, no silverware, not even a coffee pot. Had to wait until 6:30 to get a cup of coffee. Breakfast room was hard to find. The final straw was when i got into shower and the drain was clogged and the shower pan filled up as i got a shower. I had 4 days booked but checked out aftwr the first nighr and (hopefully) got a refund.
