They over booked my room. I had reserved a king and was given two queen room. When I spoke to the staff they said they would comp my 37 parking fee. I was like I don’t care about 37 dollar comp. I want the room I booked

I got to the San Diego Doubletree around 5:20 PM and waited about 15 minutes to check in. I was polite to others who were there first, but I was a bit upset when the two front desk clerks kept chatting and didn’t see me waiting after helping others. I finally went up to them to say I needed to check in. I was disappointed with the service at the Doubletree. I didn’t expect a big welcome, but I wished they’d at least noticed me.

I had a standard double queen room - the beds were the most comfortable and so were the pillows. Slightly disappointed because I had asked for a location that included breakfast. This hotel had a wonderful breakfast restaurant, but it was not complimentary.

Never stayed here since it’s a three star I wanted something better so I highly recommend the Sheraton hotel near the bay. Giving one star because they charged $200 to my card when I never stepped a foot into this hotel. Will call my bank for a chargeback

I like that alot of places were within walking distance and arrival cookies were warm and delicious. I didn't like the balcony. The pictures were misleading. It looked alot bigger than it actually was. It wasn't big enough to go out and sit and catch a view. It was the opposite, it was a bit scary and didn't feel or look stable.
