Ice machine on our floor broke. Not all outlets worked in room. Small trashcans and no housekeeping. Did not let us eat at fire pit areas with take out food. We paid to stay at hotel. We should be able to use facilities. Hot tub under construction.

Hotel needs badly new Update

Heater in leaving room was broken and heat would not come on…cold morning and evening! Maintenance was called 3 times no improvement! Door to heater was not secured and would not shut. We had executive business suite. Room 458. Hotel rooms are old and need badly update!

PROS: Hotel was clean. Area seemed safe and more quiet than inner city. Check in was quick and easy with excellent customer service. Restaurant was decent, and the bartender, Sean, was a pleasure. Pool view was beautiful. CONS: No microwave in the room. Elevators are kind of slow to arrive, but elevator doors close extremely fast. Not sure if the sensors work well. A tourism fee was added after stay. It wasn’t much, but it would have been nice to know beforehand. Breakfast was okay, but the food wasn’t the proper temperature to be $24/day. Not much to do in the area past 9 PM. Overall, good stay. Nothing majorly dissatisfying, but minor things could enhance the overall experience. I would stay again.

A great hotel in Del Mar

Nice restaurant for breakfast - reasonable prices and good quality. Pool was 80 degrees and big enough to swim laps. Hot tub nice The carpets could have been vacuumed more frequently in halls and my room. Otherwise, I will be staying here again. One thing, front desk cant make change for tips.
