I had an incident where I left some clothes in the dryer. I went to the store an got caught up. When I returned the door to laundry was locked. I look through the window and my brand new 60.00 dollar jacket. With a government seal reading The Department of Veterans Affairs was gone, stolen. Just like that.

First room had a clogged bathroom sink and no towels whatsoever. Second, they transfer us to second room that was upstairs and I walk with a walker. Very hard to go up and down. Third, second room also didn't have towels. We had to go to the front desk to ask for them.

Pros: * The attendants were nice and polite. * The room was ok. Cons: * The location is not ideal, with proximity to rail tracks resulting in significant noise. * There were a lot of RVs and people around the hotel. * The area didn’t feel safe, with many people appearing to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. * The outside area is not well-maintained. * The room was ok and cleanliness could be improved by painting. Summary: This motel has some positives, particularly the friendly staff, but the negatives outweigh the positives. The location is noisy and the surrounding area feels unsafe. While the room itself was adequate, painting was an issue. I would not recommend staying here with family.

Really sketchy area. Right when I pulled up to check in there were 4 police cruisers pulling a crazy guy out from one of the rooms. If your cheap like me and aren’t going to stay in the area it’s great
