Excellent customer service, super clean hotel, and quite close to the airport and other places in San Diego. The breakfast is good, the cafeteria is a little small for the number of rooms and it gets quite crowded. But the comfort of the rooms and the cleanliness deserve 5 stars.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the amenities were good, including the well-appointed fitness room, and the room was ample, clean and in good condition. The reason for the three star rating is the bait-and-switch surprise added charge of $25/day parking fee. I’ll not be staying at this hotel again.

Great stay. But I booked on Expedia and never said anything about parking fee. I checked in and the lady at the front desk never said any thing about a parking fee. I didn’t notice tell I got my deposit back and it wasn’t the full deposit back. I called and it was explained to me. I’m handicap parking still has to pay. Pay to park is already crazy if I’m staring at the hotel. SMH.
