Paula and Jesus were great! They made our stay personable. The property needs some upgrades but it was clean and we enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the propane fire pits. The beds were small but comfortable.

Great value for the money and an awesome location. The pool area is fun and a great Tiki Bar. The rooms are a bit dated but charm and value makes up for it. I always enjoy my stay here!! Golf course and fashion valley mall just around the corner

Staff was not very friendly. The noise level was to loud, you can hear the people next to us. It was hard to fall asleep with the noise of the cars passing due to the hotel being so close to the freeway. Will not be booking a room here again.

The aesthetics of this hotel were pleasant, and the pool area lives up to the hype. The regular pool has a 10 foot deep end, which is practically extinct, and there is also an outdoor jacuzzi. The patios connected to the rooms are nice too. Now for the bad: It rained when I was there, and water leaked through the ceiling of my bathroom. The towel rack inside the bathroom was broken. The hot water level of the showers was far from sufficient, even when turned all the way up. The rooms were missing microwaves. The cable TV was flaky. In general, it was not a comfortable stay. But the biggest turnoff was the parking. No mention was made of paid parking until after reservation. Its $24 per night. I’d have stayed in Gaslamp District or somewhere else in downtown if I had known that. I don’t recommend staying here until they fix the bathrooms and other basic ammenities.

Staff was nice, our room was made each day, the bed was comfortable, and the room was pretty spacious. However I wish our room had a sheer or inner curtain for us to open up and let sunlight in; it was either darkness with the black out curtains or everyone sees into our room. Bathroom was small, water pressure was ok. Maybe this was because we were put in a conjoined room, but the walls were super thin that we could hear people pretty clearly on both sides. We have to use our hotel card to enter the building but it stayed unlocked the entire time. The stay was ok, convenient location with our itinerary

I was only there one night and didn’t check in till 11 PM and left the next morning at 7 PM. Still, the hotel clerk was most friendly and had a genuinely welcoming demeanor. We ended up chatting about things other than the hotel stay.
