📷To help keep our guests and property safe, we’ve installed security cameras on the outside front door of the unit and on the side of the house. These cameras are outdoor-only and do not record any interior spaces. Your privacy is fully respected inside the home.

📌This property is equipped with a noise monitoring device that tracks noise levels (without recording sounds) and alerts the host or host’s agents if the noise exceeds acceptable levels.

🌿 Lawn Care:

Our professional landscaping team, Good Ole Bois SD, typically visits once a month—usually during the 2nd or 3rd week around 9 AM (weather permitting)—to keep the lawn neat and tidy.



🗑️ Trash Collection Service:

We partner with a dedicated can-runner service that manages your trash bins for you! They come by before collection day (Tuesday) to place the bins curbside on time for pickup.



Interaction with Guests:

Enjoy automated keyless entry to all doors for seamless convenience. Guests have 24/7 access to the entire property via the front door keypad. Your personalized keypad code will be sent to you before check-in.
