Room was very clean, and the Heat/AC works great. The staff is very nice and attentive. The neighborhood is pretty chill; however, Rosecrans St seems to be the local raceway. Lol. The location is great. Better Buzz Coffee across the street to the south, Winchell's Donuts across the street to the east, and liquor stores in both directions. Ralph's is two blocks away. You can see the upper half of the Americas Cup Harbor, very pretty at night.

The Guy who checked me in was Rude - I stayed because of course they don’t do refunds- I have to put up with that - on Top of that be aware that they charged an additional $10 dollars for Parking. RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I checked in late at night to a room that smelled like mold and water damage. The odor was overwhelming. When I pulled back the sheets, I found cockroaches in the bed — absolutely disgusting. The neighborhood felt unsafe, with drunk people yelling outside during the night. I was supposed to stay for two nights but left after the first because it was unbearable. When I tried to contact the front desk the next morning, it was closed. None of the phone numbers worked, and no one ever called me back. I dropped the keys in their box as instructed, but that was it. This hotel is filthy, sketchy, and completely unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

There are gaps in the doors and thin walls. Which makes it loud in the room, additionally there is a smell in the room, similar to a mop that was left out overnight without cleaning it

The room is clean & small, but it smell moldy. The beds are comfortable. The fridge and microwave are helpful. Parking is $10/night extra.
